Chelsea Agree Improved £61m Move For Explosive Left-back


Chelsea have agreed a £61million move for Juventus left-back Alex Sandro, according to reports.

The Blues have been linked to a number of targets this summer with reports that Antonio Conte wants to ring changes to his squad despite winning the Premier League title last season.


It is understood that Conte has identified Sandro as a better option to Marcos Alonso who is currently occupying the left wingback and has approached Juventus with an initial offer which was turned

Reports in Italian outlet, Corriere della Sera have it that the deal could be concluded shorty after Chelsea met Juve’s £61.2million valuation for the player.

Sandro is believed to be open to the transfer and has even agreed personal terms on a staggering wage bill.

Juventus have started searching for replacements at the left position, with the likes of Manchester United defender, Matteo Darmian and AC Milan’s Mattia De Sciglio both linked with a move to the Italian giants.

The arrival of Sandro at the Stamford Bridge might signals more competition in the Blues squad ahead of next season as Antonio Conte will hope to better his chances in the Premier League and on the continent.
