Chelsea Dealt Major Blow As £45m Snubs Summer Move AGAIN

Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci wants to snub Chelsea once again this summer, according to reports.

Antonio Conte dealt blow as £45m target snubs Chelsea transfer

Blues boss Antonio Conte is understood to be keen on adding several targets to his squad this summer, despite winning the Premier League last season and has identified Bonucci as one of his primary targets to fortify his defence next season.

Prior reports have it that Chelsea are preparing a £45million bid to sign the 30-year-old this summer but Italian outlet, Tuttosport claim that the defender has told Blues’ representatives that he will not be leaving Italy.

Upon his arrival at the Stamford Bridge last summer, Conte was believed to have held private talks with Bonucci regarding a possible move to the Blues which the defender turned down.

Chelsea had to sign David Luiz in a surprise deadline day transfer after failing to sign the Italian defender who has spent seven years with Juventus.

However, the Blues are believed to be close to agreeing a stunning deal for Juve teammate, Alex Sandro who has also been a solid figure for the Italian giants in the left wing-back position.

Confirming the offer, club director, Beppe Marotta said: ‘A substantial offer has arrived for Sandro,

‘We have no intention of selling anyone, but don’t want to keep anyone against their will.’
